Overview

America’s Got Talent: All-Stars final audition round was a smashing success! The final episode of tryouts for the America’s Got Talent extension series aired on Monday, with the final 10 artists vying for the one remaining position in the grand finals.

Only one act would advance to the finals via the superfan vote because all three judges — Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Heidi Klum — and presenter Terry Crews had already pressed their Golden Buzzers and the Group Golden Buzzer had been awarded last week.

On this episode of the show, the returning participants and previous winners returned to the stage, but this time they did so to fight for the title of “All-Star.”

AGT All Stars Finale: Kodi Lee

The champion of season 14 and vocalist Kodi Lee, who is blind and autistic, returned for the competition’s sixth week of preliminary auditions.

All three judges gave Lee a standing ovation for his moving piano performance of Calum Scott’s “Biblical”: Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Simon Cowell. The crowd yelled his name repeatedly and joined in the cheers.

Fans may recall that Kodi, 26, won the entire competition and wowed the judges and audience during season 14 of AGT, earning the Golden Buzzer from judge Gabrielle Union at the time.

Kodi’s life narrative has elevated him to a fan favourite in addition to his unmistakable singing abilities. The native of Lake Elsinore, California, was identified as having autism at age 4 despite being born with optic nerve hypoplasia. For the duration of the competition, his mother Tina joined him on stage, and she has done so again for his performances in Las Vegas and his comeback for AGT: All-Stars.

Conclusion

Even while Tina is without a doubt Kodi’s biggest supporter, she acknowledges that she was taken aback when her son received the superfan vote on Monday’s broadcast.

The performers included poet Brandon Leake (AGT season 15 winner), singer Kodi Lee (AGT season 14 winner), animal act Lukas and Falco (Das Supertalent winner and AGT season 14), singer Daneliya Tuleshova (AGT season 15), magician Eric Chien (Asia’s Got Talent winner 2019 and AGT season 14), choir Voices of Hope Children’s Choir (AGT season 13), and variety act Brett Loudermilk (AGT season 15).
